The minutes of Manorhamilton Municipal District meeting of 21st September 2020 were adopted by RESOLUTION.

To formally approve the decision taken regarding the GMA for Manorhamilton MD as agreed at online meeting of 19 October 2020

The General Municipal Allocation for Manorhamilton Municipal District for 2021 was adopted by RESOLUTION.

To formally approve the decision taken regarding the Taking in Charge of four Estates in Manorhamilton MD as agreed at online meeting of 19 October 2020

The members approved by RESOLUTION the Taking in Charge of roads in four estates as listed below.

 

1. Larkfield Manor Housing Estatein the townland of Clooneen (Rosclogher By) for a distance of 107meters

2. Oakfield Manor Housing Estate in the townland of Gubacreeny for a distance of 645 meters

3. The Old Orchard Housing Estate in the townland of Clooneen (Rosclogher By) for a distance of 122 meters

4. Sruth Ard Housing Estate in the townland of Barrackpark for a distance of 88 meters

To formally approve the decision taken regarding Draft Standing Orders of Manorhamilton MD Meetings as agreed at online plenary meeting of 02 November 2020

The Draft Standing Orders for Regulating the Proceedings of the Manorhamilton Municipal District Meetings were adopted by RESOULTION.

 

While recognising the need to hold remote or online meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to adopt Standing Orders to facilitate Ministerial Order S.I. 445 of 2020, Councillor Padraig Fallon expressed a preference for face to face meetings and stated that he would prefer, if it were possible, not to have remote or online meetings.
