BMD.124.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding the GMA for Ballinamore MD as agreed at online meeting of 27 October 2020 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Enda McGloin SECONDED by Cllr Gerry Dolan The General Municipal Allocation for the Ballinamore Municipal District for 2021 was adopted by RESOLUTION.
BMD.125.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding the Taking in Charge of four Estates in Ballinamore MD as agreed at online meeting of 27 October 2020 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Enda McGloin SECONDED by Cllr Gerry Dolan The members approved by RESOLUTION the Taking in Charge of roads in four estates as listed below. 1. Cluain Álainn Housing Estate in the townland of Calloughs for a distance of 582 meters. 2. CluainLocha Housing Estate in the townland of Carricknabrack for a distance of 173 Metres. 3. Saint Caillin’s View Housing Estate in the townland of Commons for a distance of 188 meters. 4. Mountain View Housing Estate in the townland of Drumshanbo for a distance of 364 meters.
BMD.126.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding Draft Standing Orders of Ballinamore MD Meetings as agreed at online plenary meeting of 02 November 2020 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Gerry Dolan SECONDED by Cllr Enda McGloin The Draft Standing Orders for Regulating the Proceedings of the Ballinamore Municipal District Meetings were adopted by RESOLUTION.
