MM.162.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding Disposal of Freehold Interest in property at Acres, Drumshanbo, Co.Leitrim as agreed at online plenary meeting of 02 November 2020 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Enda McGloin SECONDED by Cllr Gerry Dolan It was RESOLVED that the disposal of freehold interest in property at Acres townland, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim in accordance with Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 and Notice of Intention dated 22^nd October 2020 as circulated to all Members be approved”.
MM.163.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding overdraft accommodation for the twelve month period ending 31st December 2021 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Des Guckian SECONDED by Cllr Padraig Fallon “That theoverdraft accommodation in the sum of €1.5 million for the twelve month period ending 31st December 2021 be approved”
MM.164.20	To formally approve the decision taken regarding Draft Standing Orders of Leitrim County Council Plenary meetings as agreed at online plenary meeting of 02 November 2020 Minutes: On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Caillian Ellis SECONDED by Cllr Paddy Farrell The Draft Standing Orders for Regulating the Proceedings of Plenary Meetings of Leitrim County Council were adopted by RESOULTION.
